As you know, my name is Jason. I am a speaker, business & personal leadership coach, and a resource for employee assessments used for retention, engagement, performance, and leadership development.
My mission: To help businesses get the most out of their people. To help people get the most out of themselves.
Why this business?
In 2001 I had an epiphany and after 23 years of flying by the seat of my pants I put myself on a mission to understand why some people find great success and fulfillment, while others seem to struggle. I began taking classes, reading books, and learning as much as I could about success, leadership, and motivation.
The more I learned the more I realized:
- Many people are in the same situation I was in: just going with the flow, disconnected from themselves, and unaware of their possibilities.
- People want to be passionate about what they do.
- Organizations need people that are passionate and engaged.
- This stuff fires me up!
This period of discovery was a life changing experience. In addition to learning about success, leadership, and motivation I was learning a great deal about myself and the power of self-awareness and realization. Recognizing this passion, I knew I wanted to spend my life and career helping others gain greater awareness, experience realizations, and achieve their goals.
My Education
I have my BA in Organizational Management & Communication from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Currently I am completing my Master of Science in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance with emphasis in Leadership and Training & Development from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
My Experience
I’ve spent a number of years in sales and marketing in various industries working with both consumer and business clients understanding their needs and providing the best solutions for their situations.
As a business coach with E-Myth Iowa I coached my clients through a year long business development program called Mastery Impact. I helped them adopt a strategic and systemic point of view of their business and recognize their business has seven significant areas called the Seven Centers of Management Attention.
They are:
- Leadership: Develop your vision for your business.
- Marketing: Understand your best customers.
- Money: Establish, track and maintain predictable cash flow.
- Management: Assemble and motivate the right team.
- Lead Generation: Create awareness in your target market.

The end results were that my clients gained greater awareness, control, and fulfillment in their business and lives.
When I started Full Circle Development Group I became a strategic partner with Profiles International, an 18 year old, $120 million business development company with over 40,000 clients around the world. Profiles International assessments provide employers with information used for hiring, promoting, succession planning, 360 degree feedback programs, management development, training, motivating, improving customer service, and other employment issues.
