		<description>Jason - Great stuff. I didn&#039;t develop my &#039;by 30 goals&#039; until I was 28. My main motivation for developing those goals was I was an unhappy 28 year-old realizing 29 was right around the corner. Not the best motivation for my epihpany, but none-the-less that is how it happened. I can happily say I am now nearly 32 and all of the goals I developed have or are very close to fruition(it took me longer because of Grad school). Now my struggle is, developing my &#039;by 35 goals&#039; or &#039;by 40 goals.&#039; I am eager to figure those out and, more to the point of your blog, figure out how to accomplish them.
