		<description>Great info Jason. It is easy to forget that you are applying for a position and hopefully going to bring enough value to the firm/company to make them money. Also, it is easy to find a form online and utilize it with the Cover Letter, etc. and be just like everyone else. Being different is not necessarily easy, but it will surely set you apart, especially in these trying times where 5 people are applying for every one job in the region.</description>
